Our profitable and independent e-commerce
Case Study of an Online Store
Why and How?
Firstly – The Goal
Defined in 2019
We wanted to diversify the company’s offering by selling physical products, leveraging our existing experience in implementing web and e-commerce solutions
Secondly – The Execution
The current state
Approximately EUR 375,000 net revenue generated in 2024. Process automation – all store activities have been optimized for management by a single person
Features of Our Store

Process Automation
Each order has a predefined customer journey that can be easily managed from the admin panel. We implemented automated VAT invoicing and shipment tracking, minimizing the number of people working on the store
Instant Payments
We integrated the Przelewy24 payment gateway, allowing customers to pay for orders using BLIK, credit cards, or quick online transfers. We also retained “classic” payment methods – advance payment via standard transfer or deferred VAT invoice

SEO and Marketing
The store is connected to Google’s analytical and marketing tools. We also created search engine-friendly product descriptions and configured ads. As a result, in 2023, the site generated a total of 71,000 unique user sessions
Speed Optimization
The product pages of the Trash Bin Store are configured for optimal display for end users. Page Speed Insights scores reach up to 100 points on desktop monitors and 93 or higher on mobile devices
